Tom
Owner & Project Manager
Tom is one of our owners and brother to Tim. You will frequently see Tom on site during construction. He oversees the project managers and serves as a second set of eyes over the build. Tom played baseball at TCU. Tom and his wife, Karen, stay busy with six boys. If he is not running kids around or golfing, he is following TCU sports. Tom worked at Meritage Homes for several years before he and Tim started Glendarroch in 2006. He has loved building and designing since he was young, so home-building was a natural career path. He is a member of the Greater Fort Worth Builder Association and the National Association of Home Builders.
Tim
Owner & Sales Manager
Tim is one of our owners and brother to Tom. He graduated from TCU in 2003 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in mathematics. He earned his MBA from TCU in the Spring of 2008. Tim oversees the financials and sales of the company. You will see him in meetings leading up to the build, and he will oversee things from the office throughout. Tim and his wife, Emily, have three boys, Caleb, Matthew, and Luke. He and Emily love to take walks and be outdoors fishing, hiking, watching TCU sporting events, or traveling. His family is actively involved at Trinity Presbyterian Church. He previously worked at Recaro Aircraft Seating, and loves to apply his engineering knowledge to construction.
Wes
Project Manager
Wes has been with Glendarroch Homes since 2015. He serves as one of our project managers and oversees most of our projects in the Colleyville/Arlington area. He and his wife, Anne, have three kids, Elizabeth, Michael, and Henry. In his free time, he loves to golf, go to the lake, and cheer on his alma-mater, the Georgia Bulldogs. When living in Georgia, he started his own home-building company, which launched his career. He loves that project management is always active and never boring.
Chris
Project Manager
Chris has been a project manager with Glendarroch Homes since May of 2022, mostly overseeing projects in the Fort Worth proper and Aledo areas. He previously owned his own company, Maxben Homes, which he started in 2007. Chris is originally from St. Jo, TX, but made his way to Tarleton State University for college. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and golfing, and spending time with his wife, Aileen. Chris has three boys who attended Arlington Heights. He loves the home building business because he likes getting to know clients throughout the process.
Stephanie
Business Manager
Stephanie is our business manager and has been at Glendarroch Homes since May of 2017. You will talk to her before, during, and after your build. We are certain that you will have questions during a project this big, and Stephanie will be your resource. Stephanie loves the home-building business because it is exciting for her to help clients’ dreams become reality. She is a local from Grand Prairie, TX and graduated from UNT. Before Glendarroch, she worked at American Airlines and as a librarian. She and her husband, Jason, have three kids, Brooke, Ashlyn, and Paxtyn. She likes to spend her free time going to the lake, watching her kids play sports, and hanging out with family and friends.
Meredith
Interior Designer & Client Selections
Meredith was born and raised in Katy, TX, but moved to the DFW area to get her bachelor’s in Ad/PR at TCU in 2000 and a B.A. in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Dallas in 2003. She hasn’t left the DFW area since, but her projects span all over Texas and across the country. Meredith has her own interior design company that she started in 2015, Meredith Warnock Interior Design. Before 2015, she was with Baxter Design focusing on high-end residential and multi-family homes. Meredith holds experience in both commercial and residential design through her experiences at Wilson Associates, Duncan Miller Ullmann, and HDR Architecture. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending quiet time with her husband, Wes. Her specialty dish is mac ‘n’ cheese. They are also members of the Fort Worth Club. Meredith loves interior design and the custom home building field because she believes it cultivates better living and working environments when we are surrounded by what we love. Meredith will work with you throughout construction to select all of your items from brick to light fixtures to the master bathroom cabinet knobs.
Dena
Bookkeeper & Accounting
Dena is our face behind the numbers, handling all things accounting. She has been at Glendarroch since 2012. Before coming to Glendarroch, she had previous experiences as a payroll supervisor, account analyst, and bookkeeper. Dena has been married to her husband, Dwain, since 1985. They have two sons, Walter (married to Audrey) and Dane, along with two grandkids, Walt and Lucy. In their free time, they enjoy spending time with family and friends, doing yoga, scrapbooking, gardening, and baking. She is from Amarillo, Texas, and is involved at Pathway Church, Crossfit, and running groups. She loves the homebuilding business because she has a passion for building and design, and her husband is a Construction Operations Manager.
Adele
Estimator & Sales
Adele is a Fort Worth native and handles all of our estimating. You will see her in meetings leading up to construction to work with you on the budget alongside design. Adele has been at Glendarroch Homes since 2021 and is a Fort Worth Country Day alumni. She majored in Psychology and played softball at Santa Santa Clara University before finding herself back in Fort Worth in 2020. She and her husband, Jacob, spend their free time going to football games, hiking, and traveling. They are actively involved at Paradox Church. Adele loves the home-building business because it brings so many people together to accomplish a common goal.
Wayne
Warranty Manager
Wayne is our warranty manager, handling all of the warranty items after a build is complete. You also may see him on site during construction installing hardware or fixing a knob to make sure all of the small details are taken care of. He has been part of the homebuilding business since he was young and still loves the process. Wayne is from Cleburne, Texas and has worked in construction his entire life. He and his wife have been married for 37 years. On the weekends, he spends his time building and racing RC cars.
